"Be so good they can't ignore you."

Darko Team is athletics sports club based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Our club offers wide range of activities such as organising training groups for kids and adults, organising training camps, participating in competitions for kids in the age between 5 - 16 years old.

The club was founded in 2008. In the beginning the club members were only 10. Now they are more than 200 (kids and adults) and we are based in four different training bases in Sofia, including The National Stadium “Vasil Levski”, both indoor and outdoor.

In a world of pollution, mass consumption, weight gain, technology and lack of communication we see the need to educate the kids from the early age how to use their energy in the most natural way. And sports is this way.

The coaches of Darko Team do this in a fun, entertaining and educational way providing them variety of role games, little competitions and different exercises that improve their physical activity. Not only this, but we teach them discipline, tolerance, team work, good communication and commitment. The results are remarkable and we see kids and adults getting more and more engaged and passionate with every practise.

We are educating kids in the basics of athletics track and field but part of the team we have professional athletes competing internationally. We pay good attention in our work with adults and kids with special needs.

The coaches in Darko Team are former professional athletes, passionate in their everyday work and always looking for improvement. We are one of the leading athletics clubs in Sofia, which is visible from the growing interest.
