C.S.D.S. Napoli United
Sport club

use of Sport as a powerful instrument of aggregation and social cohesion. The
organization has born more than 10 years ago, in September 2009, as a multi-ethnic and
multi-cultural soccer team and briskly grown and climbed all the regional football leagues.
The Club has obtained the patronage of the Municipality of Naples and the National AICS.
What we do on the pitch represents a model acknowledged by the Ministry of Labor and
by CONI as first of the best practices in Italy in the field of sport and integration
(http://www.integrazionemigranti.gov.it/Progetti-e-
azioni/Documents/Buone%20pratiche_per%20sito.pdf ) and that we try to export outside
to improve our society, mainly working with other cooperative from our consortium
GESCO, with local schools and institutions and with migrant communities, as well as
cooperate with other associations and NGOs at national and international level. The
growth is proportional to sporting successes and we landed at the top regional series.
As a partner of the Erasmus+ project we are ready to carry out research and
documentation on our model, constantly following developments and practices, with the
development of guidelines for other associations which want to undertake a similar path
and at the same time activating an extensive research on best practices already presented
in Europe by other bodies or institutions.
We are available in the organization of events and conferences in the area, thus offering
our partners direct testimony of our activities and personally presenting the people who
have grown through the project and are now fully integrated into the society.
We guarantee a wide dissemination of the objectives, activities and results of the project.
The group initially involved lovers of the football world with a common sensitivity towards
social problems, who have combined their skills as professionals in their fields of expertise
to those acquired on the field with a learn-by-doing approach and enriched by
professionals in the sports world who have joined the project over the years.
We count highly skilled professions in sports, communication, organizational,
administrative and bureaucratic field, as well as in the ITC and in the third sector in
general, each with years of experience.
According to the project objectives and activities we would easily able to select the proper
key staff for the team to be involved.
